The Oetker Group's Talent Days took place on November 21 and 22. Over 60 students and graduates from all over Germany met at Dr. Oetker Welt in Bielefeld to get to know the companies of the Oetker Group.
The students and graduates not only appreciated the valuable inspiration, but also the opportunity to learn directly from the experts and make useful contacts. Enthusiasm was also evident at the word workshops led by specialists and managers from the Group companies on topics such as “Controlling Crunch: Data and figures with a bite” from Dr. Oetker or “Empowerment through GenAI” from the Radeberger Group. A successful concept for bringing together young talent and exciting corporate divisions.

The program included two days full of networking, workshops and in-depth insights into the diverse business areas. An exciting opportunity for the young talents to get to know Group companies up close. Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese, Dr. Oetker, flaschenpost, Getränke Hoffmann, Oetker Daten und Informationsverarbeitung (OEDIV), Oetker Digital, OnlineDialog and the Radeberger Group took part.
