Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (SCDDA) came into force on January 1, 2023.
Accordingly, Dr. August Oetker KG is obliged to comply with the due diligence obligations defined in the Act:
Establishment of a management system
Carrying out risk analyses
Adoption of a policy statement
Deriving and implementing preventive and remedial measures
Establishment of a complaints procedure and
Preparation and publication of a report
to be implemented for Oetker's own business units and for suppliers.
Based on the priority risks, our Policy Statement sets out the human rights strategy of the Oetker Group.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The Oetker Supplier Code of Conduct defines the corresponding expectations and requirements towards our suppliers.

The Oetker Group has established a Complaints Procedure. Within the framework of rules of procedure, we laid down the internal responsibilities and the handling of hints and complaints.
